1. Create your user account first by verifying the OTP.

2. Login by using your newly created account.

3. Click on "Click for Registration Form" link.

4. Enter your registered mobile number.

6. Enter District, College name and Reference number to search your details.

7. Verify your details and give confirmation.

8. Now proceed to fill registration form.
